Our action centred learning events enables us to offer skills training in a risk free environment. Using experiential learning methods enables participants to confidently experiment with new approaches, test new found knowledge, develop new skills, and attitudes.

We use experiential learning to help participants review their performance in realistic situations but ones where errors or mistakes can be made in a way that does not have serious consequences or cause damage to their organisation.

Using action centred learning with experiential learning methods is not unique but we believe the way we integrate experiential learning with the acquisition of management qualifications, on-site workshops, elearning and the application of the learning experience to the workplace is.
