All experiential learning course participants will have the option for a FREE license to the HRD management and elearning system described on www.hrdonline.co.uk for a period of 3 months.

Prior to their experiential learning experience the system will despatch a series of knowledge based eBriefings - after their experiential learning experience the system will despatch a verification eBrief to assess the extent of knowledge acquired. The results of the experiential learning verification will be reported to the company's training manager who can continue to provide learning support in house.
