13 years experience in action centred learning design. During this time our experience is that action centred learning challenges and stretches participants but without risk. During action centred learning programmes participants will experience both success and setbacks, but consequently their understanding and abilities are developed.
The action centred learning alliance specialises in the use of experiential learning methods to underpin team building, problem solving or management development programmes.
All experiential learning course participants will have the option for a FREE license to the HRD management and elearning system described on www.hrdonline.co.uk for a period of 3 months.
