Including assessment centres with experiential learning programmes for:
- individual competence based assessment
- individual learning style assessment
- individual personality and/or behaviourial assessment
These assessments use processes recognised and respected within the HRD profession. Prior to being licensed in their use we researched what was available, that was cost effective and value adding. Use of any of these assessments could be made prior to you making final decision either on action centred learning course design, experiential learning exercises, or the selection of suitable participants to attend. Option 3 though could be done during the action centred learning event itself.
