MODULE 2 Project working

This residential experiential learning module utilised an action centred learning business project - see Techistan in ACL projects. (Other business related projects can be designed to satisfy the learning objectives).

This four day experiential learning module could have an emphasis on:

  • coordination, cooperation, control and communication skills
  • leadership and team working skills
  • analysing customer requirements and negotiating
  • contracts, contract planning and organising production resources
  • procuring supplies and managing stock
  • financial management, cost / benefit analysis etc.
  • delivering a quality product on time and to budge
