MODULE 3 Business awareness

This experiential learning module to be designed to promote knowledge in running a business, it utilises April Executives Computerised Business Simulation.

This five day residential experiential learning module could have an emphasis on:

  • business strategy / planning
  • personnel management, industrial relations and manpower planning
  • analysing customer requirements and negotiating
  • finance (e.g.. budgets, forecasts, statements, ratios)
  • negotiation (e.g. Customer [internal & external], Supplier, team)
  • marketing strategy / planning / competitor analysis

(duration depends on prior learning and depth of skill required) two stages is our recommended approach)
