This experiential learning module to be designed to promote knowledge in running a business, it utilises April Executives Computerised Business Simulation.
This five day residential experiential learning module could have an emphasis on:
- business strategy / planning
- personnel management, industrial relations and manpower planning
- analysing customer requirements and negotiating
- finance (e.g.. budgets, forecasts, statements, ratios)
- negotiation (e.g. Customer [internal & external], Supplier, team)
- marketing strategy / planning / competitor analysis
