MODULE 4 Consolidation

To review what participants have covered, what key learning has emerged, what personal improvements or need for change have been identified, and what personal action plans could be constructed. In addition:

This three day module (in two stages?) could have an emphasis on:

  • conduct some syndicate studies possibly by looking at your business strategy, sales plans, quality standards & compliance, etc.
  • do STEEP, SWOT and other organisation diagnostic studies.
  • conduct open discussion (on the above after presentations?) to gain and share an in-depth insight into the challenges you face.
  • review approaches and techniques for project and change management.
  • develop schematic corporate action plans.
  • supply participants with Personal Development Portfolios Knowledge gained from the above would help the tutor:
  • focus attention on your business problems/issues and possible further action required for the realisation of your corporate development ambition.
  • promote the companys' ambition, justify its strategy and support action required throughout the programme.
